Built by operators, for operators

We built Cleanlist because we lived the pain. Years of cobbling together tools, building custom integrations, and watching playbooks disappear when people left.

  • 3cofounders, in Toronto. A CEO, a CTO and a COO, with no layer in between.
  • 2,000+GTM teams have run a list through Cleanlist.
  • 25+data providers behind a single lookup, called in cost order.

We built this for ourselves first. Then people asked to buy it.

Before Cleanlist, we spent years running GTM teams at high-growth companies. We built the same playbooks over and over: outbound, inbound, intent-based, ABM. Every time, we had to cobble together five or more tools, write custom integrations, and hope nothing broke.

We tried most of the tools on the market. Workflow builders that needed a GTM engineer to configure. Single-source enrichment providers with gaps in exactly the segment we were selling into. Point solutions that did not talk to each other.

So we built Cleanlist internally, as a way to turn a GTM motion into something repeatable that a new hire could run on their first week. When we saw how much time it gave back, we started letting other teams in.

Today it does the same job for them. Find the people, fill in what is missing, and put the result where the work already happens.

What we ended up building500-lead stratified test
  • 98%Verified work email
  • 85%Direct dial
  • 25+Providers behind one lookup
  • 6CRM and sequencer integrations

Search is free and unlimited on every plan. A verified work email is 1 credit however many providers it took, a direct dial is 10, both together are 11, and a miss costs nothing.

The three people who build it.

Operators and engineers out of Float, Keep, Shopify, Amazon, Intuit and Litmus.

  • Levon Adamyan

    Co-Founder & CEO

Levon leads the company. He was previously Head of GTM Operations at Float, Canada's leading corporate spend management platform, where his growth program doubled outbound pipeline and lifted the following quarter's outbound revenue projection by 175%, winning the company's award for most impactful initiative. Before Float he was Growth Lead at Keep, where he built the outbound engine to 100+ meetings a month, and he grew HUI Consulting from 2 to 25 people, generating $25M+ in client pipeline in a year. He studied Retail Management at the Ted Rogers School of Management.

  • Sal Anvarov

    Co-Founder & CTO

Sal owns product and engineering. He has shipped production systems at Shopify, Amazon, Intuit, and IBM, and as a senior engineer took Stan's flagship product, Stanley, from launch to roughly $2M ARR in two months. He bootstrapped a development agency past seven figures, maintains open-source NestJS boilerplates, and publishes practitioner papers on production LLM systems, from eval-driven development to agent architectures and production RAG. He holds a BSc in Computer Science and Statistics from the University of Toronto.

  • Victor Paraschiv

    Victor Paraschiv

    Co-Founder & CMO

Victor runs growth and marketing. He spent 5+ years in growth and performance marketing before Cleanlist: as the only marketing hire at the ecommerce startup EffyDesk, he solely managed a $100K+ per month ad budget for three and a half years and drove more than $15M in profitable revenue at a 3.5 to 5.5 ROAS, scaled LearnToCut from $0 to $150K per month, and led demand generation at Litmus across ABM and paid for Fortune 500 and industrial enterprise accounts. He co-founded the growth agency Engagence and was Chief of Staff, then marketing director, at Risedesk, where his work generated $1.2M in revenue. He holds a BBA in Management from the University of Toronto's Rotman Commerce and is a Mensa member.

What we believe.

Four things we decided early and have not had a reason to change.

  • 01

    Operators first

We ran the motions before we sold the tool. Every feature on the roadmap started as something one of us needed on a Tuesday afternoon and could not get.

  • 02

    Ship the motion assembled

A workflow builder hands you a blank canvas and asks you to be a GTM engineer. We hand you the playbook already wired, and you change the parts that are wrong for your team.

  • 03

Work on the stack you have

Two-way sync with HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive. One-way out to Outreach, Salesloft and Lemlist. Nothing to migrate, and Cleanlist does not send the email.

  • 04

    Every number carries its denominator

98% verified work email and 85% direct dial, measured on a 500-lead stratified test. Search costs nothing on every plan, and a miss costs nothing either.

Start before you talk to any of us.

Every new org gets 14 days of Scale: 250 credits, 3 seats, no card, and every feature except the public API and MCP.

Cleanlist finds, enriches and validates, then syncs two ways with HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive. It does not send the email.
